There's been a lot of waffling over whether or he should ask this. A lot of turning the bracer on and off, typing and re-typing the message.

This place is real, right?

Like, Boarbumps? The Town? They're actual places that exist.

This isn't just some simulation or something that the relic created?

I mean...might not be. Like, it wouldn't surprise me if it wasn't, is what I mean. Could be we're in some kinda fucked up simulation going through again and again until we find the right answer--like a video game!

Chances are also good that this is real and all this looping is really happening, but it's...different from how I remember doing it before. Maybe cuz it's magic? I haven't run into any past iterations of myself yet, so, hhhhard to say, really.

But hey, so long as we get the relic lamp thingy!

How did you loop before? It's different from what happened to me to, but...still kinda similar.

Right? It's real similar but it's not...this. I had someone helping me, I guess, who could take me back to whenever I wanted. Things didn't just...reset completely? Wherever I had been, there I was. Until a whole bunch of myselves decided to meet up in one time and place to figure out what to do next.

Anyway, time loops don't mean it's a simulation. I've participated in turning a timeline back before. Not easy, but definitely do-able.

It's just...similar to when it happened to me before.
The day just sort of ends and we're all back where we started.
The main difference is that it was always the next day for me.
